    Hi Liz,
As someone who has recently discovered the benefits of PSTEC and suffered from anxiety for many years, I wanted to thank you for making this recording I found it to be most helpful.
    Sincerely,
    Mark
    • Liz says:
      Hi Mark,
I’m glad to hear you found it helpful. I hope you are getting through your issues and seeing that there really is a good life out there. Thank you for your very kind comment!
      Take care!
      Liz

  2. Julie Bird says:
Thank you so much Liz and Jeff for taking the time to do the interview and share the experience. It’s hard to express how much it helped me to hear someone else’s experience.
I’m new to PSTEC and have been trying all week to find a way to begin. I’ve been feeling discouraged at my lack of success, but then when I heard Liz talk about how in the beginning it can be a bit like being caught in quicksand I suddenly understood that what I’ve been experiencing is just a normal part of the process.
Everything Liz talked about helped me and gave me a path to follow. I understand now that I need to just focus on the next emotion in front of me instead of all of it all at once. Thanks to both of you I will try to get myself to slow down and trust the process.
Thanks to both of you again for caring enough about people you won’t ever meet by giving of your time to put this out there.
Much love and gratitude to you both.
    Julie

I’m glad to know that you found some good tips in the interview. I know at times it can be over-whelming or “Seem” that way.
“One emotion at a time”. I know we want it “All” now! It’s so much better to be, as Jeff has taught me, kind to yourself as you move through these emotions. You really will amaze yourself.

It’s really great that you are “Trusting” that your life will change for the better. I think that was one of the hardest things for me, and most likely is for most of us, to “Trust the process.”It’s soo great to hear you have found your path to follow and as you do “Click” more, you will “know” when to click and what to click on almost automatically as you progress.

As Jeff has told me, “Enjoy this journey, this transformation.”
You really will achieve your desires. Keep putting your intentions out there.
Thank you for your kind comments!
      Take care!
      Liz

  3. Mary says:
Thank you. I commend you. I know that it has a lot to do with persistence and it truly helps to be told to keep doing it. I too, use both PSTEC and Faster EFT. I can use the EFT when I am out and about. I re-started using PSTEC in March and funny thing is I am in challenge far more than ever.

So it appears I have “un-layered” a few things. For the past 2 weeks I have had little or no relief with the PSTEC and minimum relief with the Faster EFT. However, because I have had really great results in the past I still use these tools and am committed to my journey for well-being. Again, thank you for your courage and sharing your journey.

    Heart-Light to both of you
    Mary

    • Liz says:
      Hi Mary,
I’m glad to hear you are committed to your
journey for well-being! To live life to its fullest!
      That’s what it’s all about!
You will “Get” there and it will be “Amazing.”
Persist and never give up, because at any moment

you can and will experience your desires.
Thank you for your kind comments.
      I really appreciate it!
      Take care,
      Liz

  4. Pouya says:
    Dear Liz,
    It is unbelievable, certainly amazing,
to hear you laughing after all these
    years of suffering.
You have a strong spirit and that alone
will save you at the end.
    Best wishes,
    Pouya

    • Liz says:
      Hi Pouya,
Thank you for your very kind comments!
I think laughing through everything helps
soo much! I’m glad you enjoyed the interview.
I think, If I can tell about my journey, and it

can inspire and help just one person,
then that in itself is amazing!
      I’m truly blessed!
      Thank you again!
      Liz

    Hi Liz
Well done for all the work you have done on yourself and with Jeff. It has taught me how someone with this condition must feel and they can adapt to life with such a condition, it has been an eye opener thank youso much for sharing and it seems

now that you plan to have a wonderful life. If you are planning to travel further

      I cannot emphasize that enough!
Thank you for the invite to England! I’ve always wanted
to travel to England. I may just take you up on that sometime.

One of the best gifts we can give to ourselves is being kind,
loving and understanding. Thank you, Liz sooo much for reminding us.

  8. James Hamilton-Heenan says:
    Dear Jeff,
What a great interview you did with Liz!!! I am sure you remember my telling you, I have cured people with many conditions such as both physical, mental problems and PTSD.

Also the one I felt was sooo amazing: I worked on a guy in the USA on Skype for 5 weeks, just 1 day a week; and after 3 operations on his spine, he could still not walk.
Now he is going around the World. I am really impressed by this interview as it deals with Agoraqphobia which I have suffered for over 30 years. As you are aware, I can, and have healed people through EFT.

I just don’t understandnd why I can’t heal myself! And so thought my crediblity as a therapist would be in doubt. Must be a coward too!

Liz has given me hope, and I am extremely emotional about it, and I thank her with ALL my heart. I Guess I will have to listen to the interview several times so it can work for me. What an inspiration Liz is. I think,I have anger, bullying and abandment issues to deal with.

I would appreciate an email response from you. I do know now. I must be out in the open and not hide from my issues.
Love you Liz and Aloah Jeff!!! Lol!!!

    • Liz says:
      Hello James!
Thank you for your kind words and coming out with your agoraphobia! I was scared that others would find out and after working through my issues, not so scary anymore and knowing others have issues as well really helps to know that you aren’t alone!

I’m teary knowing that the interview with Jeff has inspired you! I am soo grateful to hear this! I know you can do it James! I did it! YOU CAN DO IT! YOU DESERVE THE BEST! And you are right, time to help yourself! You have helped many others! Your turn!

You may have ups and downs…that can happen with releasing your emotions, but never give up! I almost gave up, because I was having resistance with some anger, thankfully I didn’t give up! And if I would have I would never be where I’ve been now and where I am now and I’d never be typing to you right now.
And as you have stated, “I just don’t understandnd why I can’t heal myself!”

That's it! Because you don't think you can! I think to much, lol. I've had some issues with "Beliefs". Believing and thinking I can or can't. That's all there is to it really. And when there is a big change, something you haven't done before, there may be doubts, like, "Really can I do this?" I was skeptical, but then the more I clicked and the more I really desired to move forward the more amazing results I received.

As Tim states on his recordings, "You WILL amaze yourself!" You really will!
Keep at it…especially if your brain is being resistant, then keep working through it…your subconscious, as Jeff has told me many times, will catch on. And it does!
Working with Jeff and independently has been very helpful to me.
Thank you again for writing such kind words and opening up! That's awesome James! You deserve a great life! I'd love to hear about your progress!
      Keep in touch!
      Liz
